Renewal: Membership and Punch Card Passes are automatically loaded on your key fob when renewed online or in person.
New Memberships: Please allow us 72 hours to process and load your key fob. Key fob pick up is at the Norwalk Aquatic Center during business hours.

Definitions:
Household is defined as all immediate family members residing at the same street address. This includes children of divorced parents who have joint custody, stepchildren, and foster children. Baby-sitters, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and ex-spouses are not considered immediate family members.
Non-resident is defined as anyone living outside the Norwalk city limits.
Nanny pass: A pass for your nanny to take your children to the pool Monday - Thursday. Limit 1 per family.
